According to the World Economic Forum, half of our global workforce will need to reskill in the next five years, as the "double-disruption" of the economic impacts of the pandemic and increasing automation transforming jobs takes hold.

Developing skills to enhance employability is imperative to stay relevant for the workplace of tomorrow. As required skills of the future continue to emerge, a core set of transferable soft skills continues to be highly valued by employers.

This workshop will cover seven of the top ten employability skills the World Economic Forum believes will grow in prominence over the next five years.
