Selection & Recruitment can be defined as the process of selection and shortlisting of the right candidates with the necessary qualifications, competencies and skills set to fill the roles in the organisation. The process varies from industry to industry, company to company and even to departments of the same organisation. All organisation creates their unique selection and recruitment process due to their own business requirements. Understanding how the matrix of selection process works will provide insights as to how it can impact that job interview.
