This workshop looks at helping participants develop the necessary insights into how they can manage this within themselves, and come up with necessary mindsets and strategies to cope with change.

• Are you ready for these changes
• Identifying levers and linkages of these change, and anticipating future impact
• Developing coping strategies and actions
