Emotional intelligence has long been identified to be the #1 predictor of professional success and personal excellence. Unlike IQ, it is also widely agreed that EQ is easily learnable and can be improved fairly rapidly. Unfortunately, it remains one of the most underdeveloped workplace and life skills due to inadequate understanding and formal training.

This seminar will provide a good understanding of the two core components of EQ: intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligences, as well as a step-by-step plan for increasing emotional intelligence using the four core EQ skills – self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

1. Understand and harness the power of emotional intelligence.

2. Be empowered with proven strategies to build relationships and be a people person.

3. Enhance their personal effectiveness in overcoming challenges with resilience.
