We live in a digital economy. The pace of life often feels like rapid fire. Many respond to rising demands in the workplace by putting in longer hours, which inevitably take a toll physically, mentally, and emotionally. This leads to declining levels of engagement, increasing levels of distraction, and higher frequency of falling ill. There has been a greater depth of research showing that managing energy is the key to producing a sustainable level of high performance and to produce health, happiness and life balance. Managing energy is crucial because it directly impacts how effectively one uses time.
This half day workshop is designed for working professionals who want to understand the big picture behind energy and time management and learn techniques to boost their work performance, grow their emotional capacity and well-being. Participants will deepen their self-awareness and learn principles that makes it possible to get more done in less time at a higher level of engagement and with greater sustainability.

At the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:
• Strengthen energy management through periodisation principle
• Gain awareness of personal effectiveness towards energy management
• Identify specific ways to improve the four domains of energy management
