Through Job Search, Channels & Networking techniques, you will learn the need for as well as how to apply a fresh, differentiated Job Strategy. Not only you will get to learn all the different Job Search, Channels & Networking techniques, you will also apply Design Thinking concepts to each Job Search method so that you will truly stand out from the rest of the candidates.

Learning Outcomes:

• Design Thinking Principles and how to apply them towards an effective Job Search Strategy
• Design Thinking concepts such as Jobs To be Done, Value Proposition Map & Experience Mapping and how to apply them
• How to map the Experience Journey of an important job search stakeholder such as an Internal Recruiter
• Practice effective networking to reach out to these important stakeholders
