In this seminar in collaboration with Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre Ltd, we discuss about how for many, the already backbreaking stress of Singapore life becomes soul crushing as they face retrenchment and prolonged unemployment. This talk will support individuals with the tools to strengthen and stretch their mental and emotional capacity as they face a job loss, difficulties in a job, joblessness, and the loss of self-worth and personal identity.

Learning Outcomes:

Individuals will benefit from evidence informed approaches such as grief recovery method (releasing and healing from tangible and intangible losses) and long-established, cognitive-behavioral frameworks.
