In a world of constant change, having a growth mindset and self-awareness is crucial, especially for experienced professionals who may start operating in their comfort zone only. And that's where operating from a Growth Mindset can unlock opportunities beyond what we can imagine, both personally and professionally.
This session aims to empower participants by helping them understand the importance of resilience, continuous learning, and adapting to new experiences. Through self-reflection and inspirational stories, participants will learn to appreciate inter-generational motivations, identify their career profiles, and explore strategies to move beyond their comfort zones for meaningful professional growth.
Learning Outcomes:
• Learn the principles of a growth mindset, making it easy to embrace change, pursue continuous learning, and adapt effectively to new challenges and opportunities.
• Identify your current career profile and explore strategies to step out of comfort zone, promoting purposeful and meaningful career and personal development.
