In this session, WSG Volunteer Career Advisors (VCAs) Shekhar Sinha and Lim Hwee Hoon will share personal insights and reflections on working in the Healthcare and Community Care sector. Drawing from their professional journeys and interactions with jobseekers, they will explore what it takes to pursue a fulfilling career in this meaningful field—whether you're supporting others on the frontlines or playing a role behind the scenes.
