Navigating career path for PMETs has become increasingly challenging in the midst of industry disruptions, restructuring, competition and job displacements. This has worsened with the COVID-19 pandemic which triggered a global economic slowdown and job crisis worldwide.

To stay relevant and remain employable, PMETs are expected to reskill, upskill and adjust to new norms. Even then, finding the right job match can remain elusive and stabilizing career uncertain. This Seminar will equip participants with a practical approach to cultivate adaptability to manage this challenge and positive psychology to build grit and resilience.
