Career Guidance offers personalised support to economically active individuals, helping you gain career clarity and self-awareness to make informed career choices and decisions. Through tailored programmes which involve one-to-one coaching, you will develop career management skills to manage your career transitions in a competitive labour market. The programme, which begins with a career question that is of importance to you, aims to improve your career mobility and agility with a personalised career development plan.
You may use your SkillsFuture Credit (Base Tier), which comprises the opening credit of $500 and one-off top-up of $500 in 2020, for career guidance programmes that have been endorsed by WSG as listed below.
