Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP)
EWTP provides holistic support to enterprises for workforce transformation through the SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (WDG), with enhanced support for job redesign. Eligible enterprises can also tap on the redesigned SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to defray out-of-pocket expenses on relevant workforce transformation programmes.

Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP) seeks to support companies in workforce transformation. The EWTP will have three main features:

 

  1. SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (WDG), to provide holistic support to companies on workforce transformation by bringing together existing schemes administered by WSG and SSG, and simplifying the application process for companies via Business Grants Portal (BGP)

  2. Greater support for job redesign under the WDG

  3. Redesigned SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to encourage companies to undertake workforce transformation
